Experience.

Before joining Legal Insights Sàrl, Simone Ortelli acquired solid work experience as a legal counsel. He first worked as a legal counsel at a temporary employment agency, where he was responsible for providing legal advice to the management board as well as for ensuring legal compliance of the company’s activities and for representing the company in labour law-related litigations.

He then worked as a legal counsel at the Univerty of Neuchatel, where he advised the management board and the departments on various legal matters, including labour law, public law, and contract law. He also contributed to the drafting of official regulations issued by the University.

With regards to his Education, Simone Ortelly successfully obtained his Bachelor of Law degree, cum laude, and his Master of Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Neuchâtel. His academic background has allowed him to specialize in various areas of law, including commercial law and judicial and extrajudicial conflict resolution, providing him with solid basis for handling legal challenges rigorously and methodically.
